Welcome to Papavasile Studio! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Papavasile Studio. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"), powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS & ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence, or that you have parental consent to use the Services. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not transfer or assign your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS & SUBSCRIPTION TIERS

We offer both individual products and a curated Mail Club subscription in three tiers: The Wanderer, The Storyteller, and The Collector. Each tier includes curated printed artwork, illustrated materials, and/or original art pieces delivered on a recurring basis. Tier contents, frequency, and pricing are described on our website at the time of purchase.

Product colors and appearance may vary depending on your device settings. All product descriptions are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until confirmed by Papavasile Studio and payment is received. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellations once an order is accepted. We will notify you by email if an order is declined or changed. All purchases are subject to our [Refund Policy] and are for personal or household use only — not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – SUBSCRIPTION BILLING & RENEWAL

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified at checkout) and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at each renewal. Prices are listed in EUR and may be updated with advance notice.

All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or customs charges unless expressly stated. Promotions are governed by their own terms; in case of conflict, promotion terms prevail.

You warrant that your payment information is accurate, that you are authorized to use the provided payment method, and that you will pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes and shipping.

SECTION 5 – CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. Due to the curated nature of subscription boxes, we do not accept returns. If your box arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to the address provided at checkout. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services — including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by Papavasile Studio and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The original art pieces, printed artwork, illustrated materials, and physical objects included in your Mail Club subscription are also protected by copyright owned by Papavasile Studio, and are intended for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only.

You may not reproduce, copy, scan, photograph for commercial use, distribute, modify, resell, publicly display, republish, download, store, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of our Services or any items received through your subscription, without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Papavasile Studio.

Papavasile Studio's names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Papavasile Studio and may not be used without prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other marks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 8 – PRIVACY

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you confirm you have read both. As our Services are hosted by Shopify, your data may be shared with Shopify and third-party partners, including across borders, to operate and improve the Services.

SECTION 9– RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Papavasile Studio is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with Papavasile Studio. 

SECTION 10 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimer of implied warranties, so this may not fully apply to you.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or our website, and will take effect on the date specified.
